Der Zeitpunkt der Einführung einer verbundenen Schrift wird je nach geltenden Bildungsplänen der einzelnen Bundesländer und individuellen pädagogischen Entscheidungen der Lehrer vor Ort sehr unterschiedlich festgelegt. Im vorliegenden Schreiblehrgang sind die einzelnen Blätter in einer Sammelmappe abgeheftet und können so flexibel eingesetzt werden.

Die Reihenfolge der Buchstabeneinführung folgt der Silbenfibel®. Für jeden Buchstaben stehen zwei Seiten zur Verfügung. Die Gestaltung der ersten Seite orientiert sich am Druckschriftlehrgang mit Einspurbuchstaben, Gebärden und Ankertieren. Die zweite Seite enthält Wörter aus der entsprechenden Fibelgeschichte.

Der Lehrer kann für seine Klasse den Zeitpunkt der Einführung selbst festlegen. Die Schüler steigen auf der Seite, die der aktuellen Silbenfibel-Geschichte zugeordnet ist, in den Schreiblehrgang ein. Alle Seiten davor werden in einem angemessenen Zeitraum nachgeholt.
